Through creative happy hour and golf event formats and connection to resources, Women on Course provides a welcoming environment for women entering and active in the game.

The Women's Business Center of California (WBCC) educates, mentors and cultivates entrepreneurial women of socially and economically diverse backgrounds for business success. The WBCC provides the tools to create self-sufficiency and prosperity. Major areas of emphasis include emerging businesses, established business expansion, and technology training that supports the successful growth ofwomen entrepreneurs.

The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) has advanced the causes of all women in construction whose careers range from business ownership to the skilled trades. The San Diego Chapter participates each year in a variety of of events including Women in Construction Week, Awards Night, and Block Kids (a construction awareness program for children in grades 1-6). The chapter also awards scholarships each year to eligible high school graduates. The Asian Business Association (ABA) provides a strong voice on business, cultural and political issues of interest to San Diego Asian and Pacific Islander community. ABA facilitates the growth and development of member businesses through ongoing entrepreneurial education, communication and business networking programs. A major goal is to enable members to participate fully in San Diego economic development, without regard for race, color, creed or national origin. ABA's mission is to unite and empower San Diego`s Asian & Pacific Islander business community by creating opportunities for professional development and economic growth.

The San Diego County Water Authority solicits competitive proposals and bids for a variety of goods, supplies, materials and services and is a strong supporter of NAWBO and our initiatives. One of the goals of the Authority is to provide forums that will empower small businesses, especially women owned to participate in the procurement opportunities the Water Authority offers. |

The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority looks forward to working with businesses to provide travelers with world-class amenities and services. San Diego International Airport is an excellent place for businesses to partner with a public agency. The Airport Authority has been a supporter of NAWBO and is an advocate for women in business, offering seminars, workshops and procurement opportunities.
