Ange Rakov, one of the founding partners of MetaForce, has been in the field of human resources for over fourteen years, and has been leading and managing people for over nineteen. Her professional experience includes creating and implementing human resources departments for two start-ups, as well as recreating and turning around two human resources departments for large multinational organizations. Ange is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)..
