Opportunities Still Available to Support Annual Awards Event
SAN DIEGO—March 1, 2011—The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) San Diego, which promotes, supports and educates women business owners in achieving success, announced today that Union Bank, BSE Engineering and Batten Accountancy have signed on as sponsors for the 2011 BRAVO! Awards. The dinner event, featuring Kashi Company founder Gayle Tauber as keynote speaker, will be held on Wednesday, May 18 at the Marriott Courtyard Airport/Liberty Station, 2592 Laning Road.
"We very much appreciate these organizations making a generous financial commitment to BRAVO! to help us reach our fundraising goal," said Christine McDannell, NAWBO San Diego president. "The proceeds from this event help us provide more services to our members and also go toward funding scholarships for women business students at San Diego City College."
Sponsorship opportunities are still available at a number of budget-friendly levels, designed especially with small and mid-size businesses in mind. Organizations that support BRAVO! will gain exposure before, during and after the event to both NAWBO San Diego members and the larger community of women business owners.
