NAWBO SAN DIEGO’S JANUARY MEETING FOCUSES ON TIME MANAGEMENT
Learn How to Do More With Less Stress
SAN DIEGO—Dec. 30, 2009—The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) San Diego, which promotes, supports and educates women business owners in achieving success, announced today that its January meeting will feature communications expert Sarita Maybin, presenting “How To Get More Done With Less Stress.” The lunch event will take place on Wednesday, Jan. 20 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Sheraton La Jolla, 3299 Holiday Court.
Maybin, author of “If You Can’t Say Something Nice, What DO You Say?,” has provided strategies for constructively confronting tough communication situations, staying positive in uncertain times and working together better to audiences around the world. In her entertaining presentation, she’ll provide information about setting priorities and boundaries, recognizing habits that cause stress, and more.
The NAWBO San Diego meeting will also feature great networking opportunities. Cost is $35 for members and $45 for visitors until 5 p.m. on January 14, when it will increase $10. More information, including online registration, is available at nawbo-sd.org.
