NAWBO SAN DIEGO’S  OCTOBER MEETING
FOCUSES ON NECESSARY ROUGHNESS  

SAN DIEGO—September 29, 2010—The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) San Diego, which promotes, supports and educates women business owners in achieving success, announced today that its October meeting will feature a presentation by internationally renowned speaker Mimi Donaldson: “Necessary Roughness: Execute Your Game Plan.” The lunch event will take place on Wednesday, October 20 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Sheraton La Jolla, 3299 Holiday Court.

Donaldson has inspired audiences around the world by providing her sports-themed take on how to be more successful in the workplace. Her new book is “Necessary Roughness: New Rules for the Contact Sport of Life.” Donaldson’s program for NAWBO will focus on choosing the right game plan, communicating it effectively, executing plays, controlling the clock and winning the game.
