I can’t begin to explain how extremely excited I am to serve as NAWBO San Diego's president. I’m a member of multiple local organizations, but NAWBO seems to be where I reap the most benefits in regard to friendships, business knowledge, and unsolicited help from fellow members. The high caliber of businesswomen who attend our events make being a NAWBO member extremely worthwhile. I look forward to each event and I’m thrilled at the growth our organization has seen over the last two years, due in no small part to the efforts of Adrienne Moch, our immediate past president.

It’s refreshing to be a part of an organization where annual dues are so affordable, yet include so much value. Members enjoy the following perks at no additional cost: a monthly mastermind group, a monthly seminar series including lunch, and a quarterly wine and cheese evening networking event. They also receive a discounted rate to our monthly luncheon, which includes presentations from professional speakers, plus a discounted rate to our annual signature event, the BRAVO! Awards. What an incredible value! I can only hope that any and all prospective members will be inspired to take advantage of all our organization has to offer.

I’d also like to take a moment to congratulate our members for their contributions to the growth of our chapter. While we welcome working side-by-side with the businessmen of the world, we realize that women business owners have different challenges, such as balancing the duties of raising a family and a business, and perhaps feeling insecure about reaching up and breaking that glass ceiling. We’re here to support you.
